I’ve been working out with Lauren and I’m so grateful I found her. I have always tried to stay active but like many others, never found a routine that worked for me- from classes to gym sessions to running, I just never felt excited to exercise and was not consistent. Working out with Lauren has completely changed that – I am not a person that craves my exercise and loves the training. Her rates are incredibly reasonable for a private gym, personal training experience. Every session is different and truly tailored. I am stronger, leaner, and healthier (and happier!) She gets results. |

She has years of professional and personal experiences that make her excellent at lifting you up when you need a push. Lauren is the best personal trainer I’ve worked with. She’s the type of trainer that can read you better than you can yourself. She meets you where you’re at in your journey and genuinely cares about you as a person. During our sessions we talk candidly about life, the good and the bad. Our sessions are therapy in more than one way.
